From the East - Take I-495 (Long Island Expressway) to exit 62, Nicolls Road North. Take the first exit to Portion Road (Route 16) and drive westbound 1.5 miles. Hertlin House is on the right, between Holbrook and Cenacle roads (just beyond CVS).

From the West - Take I-495 (Long Island Expressway) to exit 61. Stay on the service road for two blocks, then make a left onto Holbrook Road. Take Holbrook Road to Portion Road and make a left. Proceed for about 1/2 block. Hertlin House is on the right (just beyond CVS).

From Points North or South - Take Nicolls Road (Route 97) to Portion Road (Route 16) - take westbound 1.5 miles. Hertlin House is on the right, between Holbrook and Cenacle Roads (just beyond CVS).
