        Of all the services offered at Hertlin House, dining is perhaps the most appreciated - especially by women whose husbands may have retired years ago, but who, until they moved to Hertlin House, never got to "retire" from their job of meal-planning, shopping, cooking and clean-up.

        Residents at Hertlin House will tell you that it is the "finest restaurant in town" and the Chef Manager and his staff work hard to earn that reputation. He goes the extra mile to acquire the freshest produce, the most tender cuts of meat, savory seasonings and sinfully delicious desserts.

        Every evening he circulates among his patrons seeking their reactions to his creations, always open to suggestions, determined to win that "best restaurant" designation night after night.
